Fill your XXL Pro or Woodwind Pro pellet grill’s Smoke Box with a handful of Mesquite wood chips for a deep smoke flavor. The robust flavour of BBQ Mesquite chips will pair well with most traditional BBQ menu items such as beef, pork, poultry, and wild game. If the flavour is too much, mellow it out by mixing with another flavor.

- We’re proud to say our Chips + Chunks are made in the U.S.A—Arkansas and Missouri to be exact. This allows us to test and inspect them before they’re bagged and in your Smoke Box.
- Camp Chef Hardwood Chips + Chunks are not a byprouct. It is 100% pure virgin hardwoods.
- While not to be confused with hardwood pellets, Camp Chef Chips + Chunks are not to be dumped in the pellet grill hopper. Chips + Chunks are safe to use in all electric smokers, gas and charcoal grills with the addition of a Smoke Tube or Smoke Box (found on the XXL Pro and Woodwind Pro.) Some Electric Smokers may have a compatible chip tray.
- The kiln dried process creates low moisture content for a very dry, hot burning chunk. This means it burns less to maintain your desired temperature, giving you more Chips + Chunks for your next barbecue and less ash to clean.
- No oils, chemicals or binders added mean better flavour and a more efficient burn.
- Mesquite pairs well with beef, wild game, and poultry. However, it’s good with pork, poultry, seafood, baked goods, and veggies.
