Carne Asada Tacos
Street tacos are always a favorite. These carne asada street tacos are simple to make and never disappoint!
- SmokePro SG Pellet Grill
- OR SmokePro XT Pellet Grill
- Place steak in gallon zip lock bag, add orange juice and zest from limes, garlic and cilantro.
- Marinate for at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Remove from marinate, salt and pepper.
- Grill steak or smoke in pellet grill at high smoke then reverse sear until internal temperature reaches 58*C.
- Chop up steak and serve with chopped onions, cilantro and warm tortillas.
