Carne Asada Tacos

Street tacos are always a favorite. These carne asada street tacos are simple to make and never disappoint!

Equipment

  • SmokePro SG Pellet Grill
  • OR SmokePro XT Pellet Grill

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs Flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1.8 l Orange juice
  • 2 Limes, juiced and zested
  • 5 Cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  • Place steak in gallon zip lock bag, add orange juice and zest from limes, garlic and cilantro.
  • Marinate for at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours.
  • Remove from marinate, salt and pepper.
  • Grill steak or smoke in pellet grill at high smoke then reverse sear until internal temperature reaches 58*C.
  • Chop up steak and serve with chopped onions, cilantro and warm tortillas.
